This online coaching session focuses on helping you to understand the extraordinary benefits of Managing Up and provides you with strategies that will help you begin to master this important skill immediately!
The second part of the workshop involves a live, facilitated discussion around application of the tools and strategies discussed in this webinar. The application extends to your direct reports, colleagues, line manager and yourself.

Make sure you have printed out the workbook that accompanies the module and have a pen ready.
